Organization management is in many aspects similar to enterprise management, but has its oen characterictics which include:

• The commercial component - which doesn't exist in governamental organizations
• Executive discipline - the commercial and non-commercial organizations use different ways to maintain it
• Departmental subordination - in most cases is a defining component in control technology
