An implementation plan is drawn up after the management decision and signing the contract on the system implementation. The plan consists of several steps:

• Analysis of organizational structure and highlighting of basic business processes
• Writing guidelines and nomenclature documents
• Adaptation to special demands of the company, based on the information gathers during analysis
• Installation and configuration of the software
• Staff training

Each part can also consist of several steps, depending on the specific of the organization. The Supplier can perform some of the steps, the rest can be done by the Customer staff, everything depend on the extend and needs of the company and on special requests from the Customer. Al details are fixed in the Contract.
