How to create a digital signature key for bb workspace users?

Log in visual bb staff under your account or under the user who has an access to "generate the keys for other users":

• select the desired user's card
• go to the tab "keys"
• click on "add a mean of cryptographic protection of information"
• in the dialog box that appears, select via a "browse" button the path where to store the private and public user's keys. Storage can be created in external source or/and in bb workspace database.
• if necessary, you can assign a password to the privete key of digital signature

After generating the key, the user will be able to use it while "signing" the documents.

Each user can regenerate the key if it is suspected to be compromised.
