When we open a document with Microsoft Office 2007 an error message "Unable to start converter mswrd632.wpc" appears. What's wrong?

This error message is associated with the security updates of MS09-073 for Windows XP and Server 2003. To fix the problem use Microsoft Fix It 50352 utility.
