Why while running the System for effective management bb workspace from local network computer there is an error message mentioning that the SQL-server is not found?

With the help of "SQL Server Configuration Manager" make sure that server runs "SQL Server Browser". If "SQL Server Browser" runs well, check if Windows Firewall or any other Firewall is also running; they block the connection to SQL Server. Add sqlservr.exe & sqlbrowser.exe to exceptions list.

If these recommendations do not help, it is recommended to refer to the Knowledge Base articles on Microsoft website.
