In Russia the Festival of Science has been held since 2006 at the initiative of Moscow State University. The 6th All-Russian Festival of Science was held from the 7th to the 9th of October 2011. The Ministry of Education abd Science of the Russian Federation, Moscow State University and Moscow City Government were the sponsors.

The 6th All-Russian Festival of Scienec was opened on the 7th of October at 6pm in the auditorium of the Intellectual Center of the Fundamental Library of the Moscow State University.

Russian companies and foregn organizations (from Switzaland, France, Estonia, etc.) attended the Festival. These were enterprises from different industries having in common their vivid interest in R&D and innovation. The latest innovations in the field of education, science and technology were represented in the Festival. The system for effective management bb workspace was presented among the innovative technologies. In the Zao 'Double B' section the visitors had an opportunity to get aquainted with the functional of the complex system of document flow, to consult the 'Double B' representative and also try to work as a user of bb workspace.
